Galvanized Steel
Galvanized Steel Coil & Sheet
Durable zinc-coated steel for roofing, structural components, ducting, construction parts and industrial applications requiring reliable corrosion resistance.
Zinc-coated Steel for Reliable Corrosion Protection
Galvanized steel is produced by coating steel with a protective zinc layer through a hot-dip galvanizing process. The zinc layer helps protect the steel substrate from rust and oxidation.
It is widely used in construction, roofing, structural parts, ventilation systems, industrial components and general fabrication.
- Strong corrosion resistance
- Good forming and processing performance
- Multiple spangle and surface options
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications
- Reliable material for construction supply

Hot-dip Galvanizing Process Flow
A continuous, controlled production line from coil preparation to surface finishing and recoiling.
Continuous Line Workflow
The hot-dip galvanizing line integrates strip preparation, annealing, zinc coating, cooling and finishing into one continuous production workflow.
Uncoiler No.1 / No.2
Steel coils are loaded and uncoiled to provide a continuous strip feed for the production line.
Welder
The tail of one coil is welded to the head of the next coil to maintain continuous production.
Entry Looper
The entry looper stores strip length temporarily, allowing welding and coil changes without stopping the line.
Pre-treatment
The strip surface is cleaned and prepared to remove oil, dust and oxides before heat treatment.
Annealing Furnace
The steel strip is heated under controlled conditions to improve mechanical properties and coating adhesion.
Zinc Pot
The strip passes through the molten zinc bath to form a protective zinc coating on the steel surface.
Air Knife
Air knives remove excess molten zinc and precisely control the final coating thickness.
Cooling Tower
The coated strip is cooled in a controlled process to stabilize the zinc layer and surface quality.
Water Quench Tank
The strip is further cooled through water quenching to reach the required process temperature.
Skin Pass
A light rolling process improves surface flatness, mechanical stability and appearance.
Tension Leveler
Tension leveling corrects strip shape and reduces waves, edge defects and residual deformation.
Passivation Coater
A passivation layer is applied to improve corrosion resistance, storage performance and surface protection.
Exit Looper
The exit looper stabilizes downstream speed and supports smooth transition before recoiling.
Recoiler
The finished coated strip is recoiled into a final steel coil for packaging, storage and shipment.
